He Knows Not

So I don't think my husband (who will henceforth be called JM) knows how to help me. I finally broke down and called my psychiatrist and psychologist and I actually saw the drug doctor yesterday and we made some adjustments. I hope that helps a bit. And I see the talking doctor Tuesday. But I left JM a note the other day (with us notes work since he works overnights and we don't see each other much) and I told him I needed his help. I don't think he understands or knows what he can do to help me. I might have to actually spell it out for him.
