I cannot concentrate today. My mind is somewhere else! I cant focus or complete a task! I am useless. YAY! I think it is because I haven't taken my meds for the last two days (ran out, forgot to refill) and I am getting a little frazzled! UGH! Its worse than when I get the whole over medicated brain syndrome!
I was just on Babycenter.com messing around on some of the groups, reading some threads and realized I could not make any sense of anything I was reading. hmm...words...strung together ... sentence .... punctuation .... NOTHING. Fuck. I hate it when that happens. Eh, I will try and float through the rest of the day, lucky I got my work done.
